 "AMS Marketing & Consulting says Saucedo Mercer owes them nearly $9,000, according to a a breach-of-contract suit in Pima County Justice Court in June 2013 ... Saucedo Mercer filed a counter claim saying she doesn’t owe and she wants her money back for $3,200 she paid to AMS last spring."
